The Farizon SV, or SuperVan, has entered the Australian market as a well-equipped electric light commercial vehicle. As the first model from Geely’s commercial vehicle brand, it’s a direct rival to electric vans from brands like Ford and LDV.

The SV is available in three variants, all powered by an 83 kWh CATL-made LFP battery. The front-mounted electric motor delivers 170 kW of power and 336 Nm of torque across the range. The range depends on the configuration, with the Short Wheelbase (SWB) Low Roof model offering up to 376 km (WLTP). The Long Wheelbase (LWB) Low Roof has a range of up to 345 km, while the High Roof LWB is rated at up to 300 km.

The Farizon SV’s design prioritizes practicality and driver comfort. It features a flexible layout with a hidden B-pillar for easy loading, two-stage rear barn doors, and impressive payload capacities. It also stands out with a number of luxury-car-like features as standard, including heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with a 360-degree camera, and Apple CarPlay.

A key feature is its industry-leading V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) capability, turning the van into a mobile power station with three 240V AC power outlets in the cargo area. The Farizon SV is also backed by a comprehensive 5-year/200,000 km warranty and an 8-year/200,000 km battery warranty, making it a compelling choice for businesses looking for a forward-thinking, well-equipped electric van.
