Deepal has made a bold statement with its entry into the Australian market, and the E07 is a key part of that strategy. This unique electric vehicle defies traditional categories, blending the practicality of a ute with the comfort and style of an SUV. Deepal Australia has now confirmed that the E07 is coming in the third quarter of 2025, with the first shipments already on their way.

The E07’s most innovative feature is its ‘transformer’ body, which allows it to switch from an enclosed five-seat SUV with 638 litres of cargo space to an open-bed ute with a 300kg payload. This transformation is made possible by a powered sliding glass roof and a fold-flat tailgate, giving it a level of versatility not seen in any other vehicle on the market.

Deepal has now revealed Australian pricing, with the E07 undercutting initial expectations.

• The rear-wheel-drive variant, powered by a single motor producing 252 kW and 365 Nm of torque, is priced from a very competitive $64,900 plus on-road costs.
• The all-wheel-drive variant, which adds a second motor for a combined output of 440 kW and 645 Nm of torque, is available from $73,900 plus on-road costs. This powerful setup allows for a blistering 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.9 seconds.

Both models are equipped with an 88.98 kWh NMC battery pack and an 800V electrical architecture, which enables ultra-fast DC charging. The E07 is capable of adding up to 350 km of range in just 15 minutes. While the official WLTP range is yet to be confirmed, Deepal claims a generous NEDC range of up to 642 km for the RWD model and 626 km for the AWD.
