The Skyworth EC11, formerly known as Skywell, is a versatile electric light commercial van that’s now available in Australia, imported and distributed by EV Automotive. It’s a compelling option for businesses looking to transition their fleet to zero emissions. The EC11 comes in two primary configurations to suit different needs: the E-Cargo van and the E-Crew people mover.

The E-Cargo variant is designed for freight and deliveries. It offers a substantial 1.7-tonne load capacity, a spacious 6.1 cubic metres of cargo volume, and features like a fixed steel bulkhead and a checker plate cargo floor. This makes it a very practical choice for a wide range of commercial applications.

For transporting people, the E-Crew variant is a flexible minibus that can be configured with seating for up to 12 people. It features windows all around, ducted air conditioning, and a comfortable interior, making it ideal for shuttle services, tour operators, or large families.

Both variants are powered by a 73.6 kWh battery pack and a rear-wheel-drive electric motor that produces 100 kW of power and 750 Nm of torque. Charging is flexible, with a 22 kW AC onboard charger and support for DC fast-charging up to 60 kW.

While the EC11 has not undergone official WLTP range testing, EV Automotive provides a range figure of up to 300 km (NEDC). The actual driving range will vary depending on factors such as the weight of the load being carried, driving style, and ambient conditions.
